There are many factors that make living in Tulsa enjoyable, and one of those factors is the overwhelming number of tasty and quality restaurants. With that in mind (and with Valentine’s Day around the corner), we’d like to share a few of our favorite places to eat in Tulsa.
If you’re looking for high-quality, tasty pizza, Andolini’s Pizzeria is your next restaurant destination. Located in Tulsa, Owasso and Broken Arrow, Andolini’s Pizzeria offers a variety of luxury pizzas made from scratch with the finest ingredients. Take your pick from one of Andolini’s specialty pizzas or create your own from their diverse menu options. We recommend the trying the garlic knots appetizer, Demarco of Brooklyn 20” pizza and the Italian Buttercake for dessert. Your taste buds will not regret it!
Another great place to eat that offers a quiet, romantic settling is Ti Amo. Ti Amo found its roots in Tulsa back in the late 80’s when it’s owners moved to Tulsa from West Berlin. Since it’s opening, it has expanded to two locations, one in South Tulsa on Sheridan Avenue and the other downtown. Each location menu offers a variety of traditional Italian food options, including their famous bruschetta appetizer. Just thinking about it makes our mouths water!
Located on North Sheridan Road, White River Fish Market has been a Tulsa staple for more than 70 years. White River offers some of the freshest seafood from North and South America in an informal setting that everyone will enjoy. Take your pick from White River’s extensive menu options, from shrimp, oysters, catfish, swordfish and many other delicious meals. Be sure to take a peek at their Fish Market as well. The fish market features fresh seafood from around the world to prepare at home. You can’t get better than that, seafood lovers!
One of the best barbecue joints in Tulsa is found at Burn Company BBQ on South Boston Avenue. Established in 2011, Burn Co has been serving fresh BBQ cooked over a real fire daily. In fact, often times the line for lunch extends out the door and down the street before mid-morning (so be sure to get there early)! Burn Co’s menu offers a variety of meat options, from pulled pork, to ribs and sausage, but the menu options vary slightly depending on the day. They like to keep the atmosphere simple, but the food a delight at Burn Co. Just know, however, you won’t be disappointed!
Located on historic Cherry Street, Kilkenny’s Irish Pub offers traditional Irish food right in the heart of Tulsa. In fact, in 2016 Kilkenny’s was chosen as one of the “25 Most Authentic Irish Pubs in America” by MSN.com. At Kilkenny’s, you can choose from an array of meals and drinks with their extensive and often changing menu. And don’t forget to look around at the iconic Irish atmosphere that surrounds each and every wall of the restaurant. You will be sure to enjoy your mini Irish retreat while visiting!
Whether you’re with a loved one enjoying the romantic holiday or just relaxing with friends, be sure to check out one or all of these tasty restaurants this month. You will be glad you did!
